Please allow 48 hours for a reply.  Please also note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Once the order is completed, it will be shipped within 5-10 business days. Your order will be shipped with Canada Post and once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to begin working. We ship across Canada, and to the USA and Europe.
